Welford is a cuddly, fluffy puppy. He loves to be held and snuggled. Welford attaches quickly and happily to humans, but also is interested in other dogs and in rolling around with his brothers or his mom, Rita. Welford amuses himself and is quick to lay down and relax after a burst of energy. He is learning to respond to recalls and to walk in a harness.
