Santa Barbara Animal Health and Puppy Fosters of Portugal are collaborating to help find loving, forever homes for siblings Rocky, Julia, Hugo, and Lucky. These four adorable puppies were abandoned near Loule’ in Santa Barbara. Fortunately, a kind family rescued the siblings and have kept them protected, fed, watered, and socialized.

Rocky loves to play with toys! While his siblings are preoccupied with wrestling each other, Rocky gathers all the toys for his own joy. All of the puppies love to be held, practically purring like a cat when picked up, and they are great with children.

The puppies were born in mid-July 2025 and weigh about 3 kilograms each. The pups have had initial visits with a veterinarian, including age-appropriate vaccines.
