RIta and her three puppies began the spring of 2025 in a challenging situation, living on the streets in Quinta das Raposeiros, Santa Barbara de Nexe. Fortunately, Rita, a naturally affectionate dog, trusted in a volunteer from SBAH, who rescued her and the babies. All four dogs were taken to a veterinarian who works closely with SBAH. Fortunately,

Rita is a sweet, loving dog and a caring mother. She walks calmly on lead and enjoys the time exploring the world around her. She becomes comfortable with other dogs within a short time and is not reacting to cats. It seems that Rita has lived with humans previously, but her forever family should be willing to provide her with additional training. Rita is approximately 2.5 years old.
