Nalha recently arrived to the open arms of SBAH, after being discovered on a short chain. Thankfully, the owner surrendered Nalha to our care.

Nalha is 14 years old. We are working to find her a calm, loving foster home or, better yet, a forever home for her to live out her remaining years in freedom from chains. We believe she will make a great companion for someone seeking a gentle, affectionate dog.

Nalha is adjusting to being around other dogs (mostly without complication) and to cats (to which she currently is reactive). Nalha is very active for her age and has learned of the joys of frolicking on the beach. She also adores long walks.

Nahla is sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated, and healthy. Now she simply needs to enjoy nutritious food, to bask in the attention of kind humans, and to adapt to life beyond a one meter chain.
