Smiling Max is a jovial as he looks!! This friendly and extremely intelligent boy has exuberance for everything in life, and is looking for an active human playmate (or playmates!).

Max has been a willing and devoted student in a dog training course. He is mastering many cues and is patient, calm, and obedient in various situations at home, in the car, on walks, at cafes, and in stores. Max's new family will want to commit to reinforcing all that Max is learning. Currently, Max is living with a foster family and is understanding how rewarding it is to be part of the household pack, complete with humans, cats and other dogs. He is house-trained, crate-trained, able to walk on- and off-lead, and responds to recalls.

As you might guess, Max loves walks, playing with toys, and going to cafes. His favorite pastime is playing with balls, especially chasing them. Max's training has gone so well that he can retrieve the ball, drop it, sit , then wait for the ball to be thrown again. Above all else, Max is devoted to people, giving them his snuggles, trust, and companionship. He is so grateful and happy when that love and attention is returned from people.

Max is almost two years old and weighs 18 kilograms. He is sterilized, vaccinated, and chipped.
