Santa Barbara Animal Health and Puppy Fosters of Portugal are collaborating to help find loving, forever homes for siblings Lucky, Julia, Hugo, and Rocky. These four adorable puppies were abandoned near Loule’ in Santa Barbara. Fortunately, a kind family rescued the siblings and have kept them protected, fed, watered, and socialized.

Lucky is happy to go along and get along with his siblings. He wants to be in on all the fun with the pups, unless there are people to hold him – in which case, he will melt in their arms with happiness. Like his siblings, Lucky is great with children.

The puppies were born in mid-July 2025 and weigh about 3 kilograms each. The pups have had initial visits with a veterinarian, including age-appropriate vaccines.
