Santa Barbara Animal Health and Puppy Fosters of Portugal are collaborating to help find loving, forever homes for siblings Hugo, Julia, Lucky, and Rocky. These four adorable puppies were abandoned near Loule’ in Santa Barbara. Fortunately, a kind family rescued the siblings and have kept them protected, fed, watered, and socialized.

Hugo is the biggest of the boys, and the second in command after his sister, Julia. Hugo is a sweet, loveable boy. All of the puppies enjoy being held, practically purring like a cat when picked up, and they are great with children.

The puppies were born in mid-July 2025 and weigh about 3 kilograms each. The pups have had initial visits with a veterinarian, including age-appropriate vaccines.
