Daisy is as beautiful and gentle as her namesake flower. As a pup, Daisy was separated from her mom, abandoned, and left to fend for herself. These circumstances initially left Daisy fearful of humans and practically paralyzed with fear when brought into civilization. But with the love and patience of many SBAH volunteers, Daisy is blossoming!

Now Daisy trusts people more readily and eagerly greets her new human friends with little doggy kisses and a wriggling-with-excitement body. She is comfortable around other dogs, and would do well in a home with at least one other dog. The ideal home would be an apartment or a home with high garden walls (Daisy has springs for legs!). Daisy is now learning how fun it is to walk on a leash and to earn treats for her newly learned skills.  

Daisy is just over one year old, weighing 12 kilograms. She is healthy, sterilized, chipped and vaccinated.
